I will customise my service to your requirements so prices vary upon time, complexity and involvement, all quotations are including fees and subject to agreement.
The total package. If you tell me your requirements, I can turn them into reality with as much or as little involvement as you require.
I will source suppliers, venues, produce a budget planner and timetable and also discreetly attend the event and provide you and your guests with the best possible memories.
*Guide Price: 10% - 20% of complete budget (dependent on size of event)
If you are having trouble locating a suitable venue I can track down the ideal location for your requirements without you having to visit countless unsuitable venues. I will provide you with a shortlist of the best 3 that suit your requirements, leaving you with only those ones to visit.
Similarly, if you require a supplier for anything from decorations to furniture to catering to entertainment, then I can help you find the right on for your needs.
I can also provide you with ideas for you celebrations should you require something unusual and creative.
*Guide Price: Fixed fee or fee per hour, depending on requirements and timescales
You may have planned your event or special day, but who will make sure that everything runs smoothly on the day? From ensuring that tables are correctly decorated, caterers on time and everything in the right place, and many more things.
I can work with you to agree a timetable and the details and then attend your event to discreetly manage any problems that may arise, leaving you and your guests to relax and enjoy the event.
*Guide Price: £250 - £500 (dependent on size of event)
If you have started planning your event but are having trouble with the finer details and finishing touches, I will step in and help you plan the final touches to your special event.
I can also offer 'event supervision' for this service, if required. This service can be provided as a last minute service, should you require it.
